Developed and taught numerous asynchronous and blended learning courses for working adults and traditional students using best practice pedagogical, andrological, and Universal Design Learning (UDL) principles. The course topics ranged from instructional design, remote teaching, using an LMS, coding, integrating technology within instruction to business strategies and lasted between 4 and 16 weeks.
Much experience embedding a variety of game mechanics in eLearning courses, ILT, and WBT to help improve learner understanding of the content and engagement including the use of game-based learning
